Hoop Dance is great fun and super for toning the whole body! If you have a specific area you would like to work on I can give you specific moves to focus on... from wobbly tummies to bingo wings!

If you've never hooped before this is the perfect opportunity to give it a go in a friendly informal environment! Likewise if you've tried hula hooping and not succeeded I have a variety of moves and tricks to share, so you will go away having picked up something new every week!

I am a full insured instructor with lots of experience and patience!
